OUR SERVICE: Seize the Day Chair Massage delivers a very thorough acupressure-style seated massage technique designed to help you feel relaxed, yet alert and revitalized; enhancing circulation to help relieve the symptomatic effects of stress as well as rejuvenate the mind and body! The massage therapist may focus on your shoulders, back, arms, hands, hips, neck and scalp while you remain fully clothed (no oils or lotions used), seated in a massage chair designed with your comfort in mind.
COVID-19 POLICY: Please do not sign up for chair massage if you have had any Flu-like or COVID-19 symptoms within the past 5 days.
LATE POLICY: If you arrive late for your scheduled chair massage appointment, you will only receive the time remaining for your appointment. There is no discounted pricing for lost time due to late arrivals.
CANCELLATION/NO SHOW/MISSED APPOINTMENT POLICY: If you need to cancel an appointment but you fail to cancel the appointment using our on-line scheduling system and you don't show up, we consider this a missed appointment. For each missed appointment we reserve the right to revoke your privilege to schedule chair massages in advance UNTIL you have resolved the issue with our Administrator.
PREGNANCY NOTICE: We are sorry that pregnant women (in their first trimester) or those trying to become pregnant (and are not sure if they are not pregnant) or those experiencing a problem pregnancy may not receive on-site chair massage. For massage therapists in your area specializing in pregnancy, you may call 512-560-2523.
